摘要：
Single units of the VMH were studied in cats prepared under ether and maintained with Flaxedil and local procaine. Glucose, quinine, cat nip, valerian, light shadow, back rubbing, and tactual stimulation of the buccal and facial regions changed the discharge patterns of different units. Implications for the neural mechanisms involved in the effects of environmental stimulation on eating are discussed. © 1969.
