摘要：

Freeze preservation of human sperm for the purposes of delayed artificial insemination is a practical method, although the results are somewhat less favorable (48.2 per cent) than those obtained with the use of fresh human sperm (68 per cent). No problems were encountered with the delivery and no abnormalities were noted in 29 offspring. The future potentials of freeze preservation of human sperm are discussed with special reference to genetic engineering. © 1969.
