摘要
Gas phase deactivation of G(2)((1)Delta(g)) has been investigated and rate constants for benzene and oxygen of 5.3 +/- 0.3 x 10(-18) and 2.17 +/- 0.12 x 10(-18) cm(3) molecule(-1) set(-1) respectively, have been measured. Deactivation by nitrogen is much slower and an upper limit of 3 x 10(-21) was obtained.
