STIMULATED ECHO DESCRIPTION OF COHERENT RAMAN BEAT EPR SPECTROSCOPY

摘要
A theoretical description of the one-pulse and two-pulse coherent Raman beat (CRB) EPR experiment based on the linear regime approximation is presented. It is shown that both experiments are basically superpositions of three-pulse stimulated echo experiments. Analytical expressions for the description of the CRB EPR experiments are given. The predicted features are verified experimentally and by model calculations. In particular, the delay and the blind spot behavior of the two-pulse CRB signal are examined as is the influence of the pulse length on the intensity of the one-pulse CRB signal.
