摘要
Redox potentials of the RU(2)(III,III)-RU(2)(III,II) and RU(2)(III,II)-RU(2)(II,II) processes of [RU(2)(mu-O)(mu-MeCo(2))(2)(bpy)(mim)(2)](2+) in acetonitrile, move to the positive direction remarkably on addition of a strong acid such as toluene-p-sulfonic acid, while two processes are coalesced to show apparent one-step two-electron reduction on addition of weaker proton donors.
