摘要
Luminescence quenching kinetics and spectra of rhodamine B adsorbed on the surfaces of quartz and Ge-GeO2 structures have been investigated in their dependence on the dye concentration and the GeO2 layer thickness. The effect of the dye dimerization on the efficiency of energy transfer has been elucidated. The transfer radii and the rate constants for nonradiative energy transfer through different channels separately for rhodamine B dimers and monomers have been estimated.
