摘要
Silicalite of MFI structure has been synthesized in the presence of NaF from the systems of variable fluoride content or variable HF/NaF ratio. Regularly sized 80-120 mu m crystals are obtained. The time taken for the appearance of 4% crystallinity (t(n)), the crystallization rate (% d(-1)), and the crystal growth rate (mu m d(-1)) are found to be a function of fluoride content. The apparent energies for the different rates have been determined: E(n), for the appearance of 4% crystallinity, 10.4-10.9 kcal mol-l; E(c), for the crystallization rate, ca. 10 kcal mol(-1); and E(l) for the crystal growth rate, 8.2-11.3 kcal mol(-1).
