α-transfer spectroscopic factors computed from shell-model wave functions for F19 and Na23 generated in the full sd-shell model space with the Chung-Wildenthal interaction are in good agreement with experimental F19(Li6,d)Na23 results, contrary to previous SU(3)-type calculations.
