摘要
A spectroscopic study is made of intensity alterations which can be observed in the rotational fine structure of the second positive bands of N2 if these are excited in mixtures of argon and nitrogen. A phenomenological description of this phenomenon is given, which leads to a predictable rotational intensity pattern in the bands if 15N2 is used. The results obtained are in agreement with these predictions. © 1969.
