摘要
Variation in the value of the rate constant of a first-order or pseudo-first-order reaction, is a major contributor to error in the estimation of substrate from the rate of reaction. Rate measurements over any arbitrary but fixed time interval can be optimized to provide impressive reduction in errors from that source. Wide-interval measurements Include a large amount of the available change in absorbance and reduce the need for high precision photometers. © 1979, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
