摘要
In any research laboratory today, the tremendous impact due to recent advances in microcomputer technology is particularly evident. To demonstrate the efficient use of this small and flexible chip in spectrometry, some experimental procedures for improving laboratory instrumentation are described. Various ways of applying microcomputers, which cover spectropolarimetry, fluorescence spectrophotometry and high-speed spectrometry, indicate that the microprocessor plays an important role not only in data acquisition and display but in waveform processing and instrument control. © 1979 Taylor and Francis Ltd.
