ANALYSIS OF LARGE ONE-DIMENSIONAL AND 2-DIMENSIONAL RELAXATION DATA SETS

摘要
Large systems of equations arise during the analysis of one-dimensional and two-dimensional relaxation experiments. Practical solutions for least-squares relaxation components may be derived from a reduced number of averaged equations and differ little from solutions derived from the entire system. Size reductions of one or two orders of magnitude are possible. These methods are applied to synthetic data as well as a joint T-1 and T-2 data set from a sample of fully hydrated Western Red Cedar.
