Behaviours of the transport critical currents I(c) in increase and decrease of low magnetic field H are reported for YBa2Cu3O7-delta single-crystal films. The I(c)-H curves for "good" films with the small values of electrical resistivity rho showed no hysteresis, but for "no good" films with the large values of rho showed the hysteresis. From a dependence of I(c)-H curves on angles between the film surface and H, bridge structures in the "no good" films were suggested.
