摘要：

A conventional procedure for incorporating nitrogen into a vial, in order to prevent degradation of the active ingredient by aerobic oxidation, was unsuccessful. It was found that the best method for introducing nitrogen into a container is to perform the operation in a nitrogen atmosphere within a closed system.
