摘要
Effect of monovalent and divalent ions on the activity of nisin against Micrococcus flavus has been studied and Mg2+ ions have been found to reverse the effect of nisin. The protection by Mg2+ ions has been found to be due to complex formation with the antibiotic. © 1969 Institute of Microbiology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
