摘要
Glucose 1,6-bisphosphate, the powerful common regulator of several key enzymes in carbohydrate metabolism, was found to exert a potent inhibitory effect on the activity of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (decarboxylating) from yeast and several rat tissues. These findings suggest that glucose 1,6-bisphosphate may have a regulatory influence on the pentose phosphate pathway. © 1979.
