摘要：

In this paper, we report the construction and the proper-ties of a new type of actuator, consisting of delta-AgxV2O5 and Ag6I4WO4. Our experiments have also shown that the actuator can be successfully operated at low applied voltages and the voltage need not be applied continuously to have the effect in operation.
