摘要：

A study was made of a new system for maxillary sinus puncture and irrigation used on 100 consecutive patients with symptoms and signs indicating acute purulent maxillary sinusitis. The Sinoject(TM) system was shown to be a reliable, safe, and easily operated device, and with high patient compliance. The system represents a substantial improvement of puncture and irrigation as the primary form of therapy in cases of maxillary sinusitis.
