摘要
[32P]Pi added to a soluble yeast extract during oscillatory controlled glycolysis is incorporated into fructose‐1,6‐diphosphate or ATP depending on the actual phase of the oxidation reduction cycle. With rising NADH [32P]Pi goes into fructose‐1,6‐diphosphate, with falling NADH into ATP. These data support the idea that alternating phases of stimulation and inhibition at both the phosphofructokinase and the glyceraldehydephosphate dehydrogenase steps, induced by feedback control, are essential in this oscillator.
