摘要
From the wood of Gevillea striata R. Br., a phenol, striatol, C28H42O4, was isolated. Chemical and spectroscopic evidence indicated its structure to be 1, 14-bis(3, 5-dihydroxy-4-methylphenyl)tetradecane. The structure was confirmed by synthesis. © 1968 CSIRO. All rights reserved.
