摘要
The Si Kα3,4/Kα1 intensity ratio for Si, SiC, and SiO2 was found with primary excitation to be higher by a factor 1.6 than with secondary excitation, in contradiction to a satellite theory assuming shake-off as the only double ionization mechanism. © 1969.
