SPIN-GLASS-LIKE BEHAVIOR OF MAGNETIZATION IN ANION SUBSTITUTED CUCR2SE4 MAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTOR

摘要
The results of de magnetization measurements for CuCr2Se4-xErx single crystals in the temperature range 4.2-300 K are presented. Below 100 K, in low magnetic fields, a substantial difference in ZFC and FC magnetization dependences has been observed. The data obtained point out to the reentrant spin glass like character of magnetization. Low temperature spin frustration is supposed to be caused by the disorder due to anion substitution.
