摘要
Observations are reported on the oxidation-reduction kinetics of P700 in isolated chloroplasts. The quantitative effect of the pool of electron carriers between the two photosystems is emphasized. The oxidation and reduction of the pool were correlated by measuring simultaneously the P700 and the fluorescence kinetics. The conclusion is that P700 reacts with the same pool as measured previously by the fluorescence induction1,2. Other kinetic parameters were measured and the results are discussed with relevance to possible reaction schemes. © 1968.
