摘要
Tghe electric conductivity (σ), oxides in conductivity (σ) and oxide ion vacancy (δ) for SrxLa1-xCo1-yFeO3-δ were measureds from room temperqatrure to 900°C and inair atmosphere amd mainly 10 ppm CO to inverse how the oxide ion vacancy effects the electric-ionic conduction. The influence of addition ot SrFeO5La35Cu1-yFe0.3O3- δ on the rtelations was also eveluated. It is founsd that the subsitutionof Sr for La and the additoin of SrTiO3 and Pd facilitate the development of the oxide ion vacancy at high temperature and in reducible gas atmosphere, and the increase of oxide ion vacancy. © 1990.
