摘要
A method for the separation of triacylglycerols according to their unsaturation is developed. The separation is performed on microcolumns packed with a silica-based cation exchanger and impregnated with silver nitrate. A supercritical medium consisting of carbon dioxide-acetonitrile-isopropanol, 94.3:5.3:0.4% v/v is used as mobile phase. The utility of the chromatographic system is demonstrated by excellent separations of triacylglycerols in vegetable oils and fish oils.; A method for the separation of triacylglycerols according to their unsaturation is developed.
