摘要：

A case of rubella in a male obstetric-gynecology house staff member exposed 170 staff members and 11 prenatal patients to the clinical disease. Of 163 staff members tested within one week of exposure, 132 (80%) were not susceptibles. Repeat titres three weeks later on 28 susceptibles remained negative. Of the 11 patients exposed, three were susceptible and none seroconverted.
