PREPARATION OF BAZN2-XCOXFE16O27 W-TYPE HEXAFERRITE POWDERS BY THE GLASS CRYSTALLIZATION METHOD

摘要
The preparation of W-type hexaferrite powders by the glass crystallization method has been investigated as a function of the heat treatment of the amorphous flakes and composition. X-ray diffraction, magnetic measurements, microprobe and particle size investigations have been carried out. Specific saturation magnetization values have been found to lie between 74 and 80 emu/g.
