摘要：

In this study we have evaluated a newly developed simplified automated continuous flow technique for the analysis of thiobarbituric acid-reactive-substances (TBARS). The method has been compared with a manual method for measurements of the potency for inhibition of TBARS formation by antioxidants in isolated renal tissue subjected to hypoxia and reoxygenation. The results presented in this report show that this new automated method is reliable, fast, and inexpensive.
