摘要：

In experimental studies the injection of acid deoxyribonuclease results in a rapid and strong but shortly lasting decrease in the numbers of lymphocytes and granulocytes in the peripheral blood of adult mice. The additional injection of methylprednisolone does not further reduce the number of white blood cells. Morphological changes typical for profound cell damage in the leucocytes are reported. The importance of lysosomal enzymes, particularly of acid deoxyribonuclease, in the process of cell destruction is emphasized. The findings are discussed. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
