摘要
By focusing ≈ 50 mW of radiation with λ = 457.9 nm in a solution of [Cr(bipy)3][ClO4]3 in H2O appreciable population of the 2E excited state is obtained which permits one to record a vibrational Raman effect in the electronic excited state. © 1979.
