A MODEL FOR PIO PHOTOPRODUCTION ON PROTONS AND NEUTRONS AT HIGH ENERGIES

A model involving a ω trajectory and a ωP cut - in addition to a ρ{variant} trajectory plus a ρ{variant}P cut found in π+ and π- photoproduction - is shown to be able to account for the observed data on πo photoproduction on hydrogen above 3 GeV. Predictions are given for πo photoproduction off neutrons and for the polarization of the recoil proton. © 1969.
