摘要
II-VI compounds (such as ZnS, CaS and SrS) are useful semiconductors for electroluminescent devices. In this paper we review the growth and characteristics of three primary color, green, red and blue, thin film electroluminescent devices. In combination, the thin films can be employed to achieve the multi-color or full-color TFEL display devices with stacked or patterned structures.
