创业公司成员创造力与领导授权行为的关系研究

随着大众创业,万众创新的号召,中国经济"新常态"下涌现出了许多创业创新公司。本文研究了创业公司的下属创造力对领导授权的影响,并探索了领导评价的领导一成员交换(LMX)以及领导的创造性自我效能在这个过程中的调节作用。本研究采用配对调查的方法对深圳市多家创业公司的197对领导及其下属进行了检验。回归分析结果发现,下属创造力与领导授权积极相关;领导评价的LMX和领导的创造性自我效能都对下属创造力和领导授权之间的关系具有调节作用。当LMX和创造性自我效能水平高时,下属创造力会对领导授权产生积极的而非消极的影响。最后本文讨论了理论和实践意义。
