北京居民新能源汽车购买意向影响因素——基于TAM和TPB整合模型的研究

摘要：

本文基于技术接受模型(TAM)和计划行为理论(TPB),结合新能源汽车购买行为的特点,构建了居民购买新能源汽车意向影响因素理论模型,并开发设计了调查量表,对北京居民进行了230个有效样本的抽样调查。采用SPSS19.0对抽样获得的数据进行了因子分析和回归分析。得出结论:购买态度、主观规范以及知觉行为控制是影响北京居民新能源汽车购买意向的关键因素;而感知有用性和感知易用性又对居民的购买态度有积极影响。最后基于实证结论提出引导消费者购买行为的措施建议。
