研发团队公平感、领导方式对创新的影响研究

摘要
通过提升研发团队公平感以促进企业创新是企业创新管理的重要课题。基于组织公平理论的相关观点,本文探讨了程序公平、分配公平与企业创新投入及创新方式选择之间的关系。研究结论表明:程序公平促进企业研发投入并开展渐进创新,分配公平则促进企业研发投入并开展突变创新。特别是,在变革型领导方式下,程序公平对于研发投入的促进作用更大,而在交易型领导方式下,分配公平对于研发投入的促进作用更大;在变革型领导方式下,程序公平对于渐进创新的偏好性将会减弱,而在交易型领导方式下,分配公平对于突变创新的偏好性将会减弱。
