基于选择性随机游走的协同过滤推荐算法研究

摘要：

针对传统协同过滤推荐算法可扩展性差,多样性低,多样性与准确性不平衡问题,本文提出基于选择性随机游走的协同过滤推荐算法,在计算用户相似度时,以选择性随机游走代替传统的Pearson相关系数,余弦相似性或修正的余弦相似度,避免了出度较大的用户与多个用户产生弱连接。实验结果表明,本文算法的性能优于经典的基于用户的协同过滤的推荐方法,推荐系统的推荐质量得到显著提高。
