摘要：

非酒精性脂肪肝(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是常见的肝疾病之一,并已成为一种主要的健康负担。NAFLD的发生与肥胖的流行、不健康的饮食模式以及缺少运动量的生活方式密切相关。文章综述了国内外有关NAFLD营养干预的研究进展,从能量、脂类、碳水化合物以及维生素等方面探讨各类营养素与NAFLD之间的相关性。
