新产品开发项目中R&D-营销界面整合实证研究——以我国部分IT企业为例

摘要
以IT企业新产品开发项目为研究对象,对七种界面整合机制、界面整合度、环境不确定性与新产品开发绩效等四类因素间六类关系进行了实证研究,明晰了各因素相互影响程度和影响机理,并提出一些可行的R&D-营销界面整合机制的有效使用方法与对策,以推动我国IT企业界面管理实践的不断发展与完善。
