国外天使投资研究中的定义和抽样方法述评

摘要：

中国天使投资的发展已具有一定的规模,在促进创新、创业和经济发展方面做出了重要贡献。然而中国天使投资的研究却刚刚起步,目前还没有形成统一的中国天使投资人定义,也没有发现基于科学的抽样方法进行的中国天使投资的实证研究。因此,通过回顾过去30年来国外天使投资的研究成果,对研究中定义和抽样方法这两大关键问题进行述评,并在此基础上,提出中国天使投资人的定义并建议采用RDS方法以获得高质量的天使投资人样本数据,相信这些工作对中国天使投资的研究是有意义的。
