评述效益转移法在资源游憩价值评价中的应用

摘要：

国外对资源价值评估方法的研究正向系统化方向发展,已经形成了比较完善的理论与方法体系,其中旅行成本法(TCM)和意愿评价法(CVM)等方法已经被广泛地应用于发达国家和发展中国家的资源游憩价值评价中。但由于受到时间、成本等约束条件的影响,不可能对每一种自然资源的游憩价值逐一进行评价。因此效益转移方法(Benefit Transfer Method )应运而生,并成为目前国外环境和资源价值评价领域关注的热点,而这种方法在我国的资源游憩价值评价中尚属空白。在总结国外效益转移方法产生的基础和背景的基础上,概括效益转移的方法分类、研究进展及其应用,分析效益转移法的有效性及可靠性,最后对效益转移法在我国环境和资源价值评价实践中的作用及其应用前景进行分析和展望,可以为我国的资源游憩价值评价的理论研究与实践应用提供参考。
