摘要：

急性肾功能衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF)的定义和分期标准不断被更新并趋于统一,从ARF到急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI),从风险期、损伤期、衰竭期、丧失期、终末期肾病(risk,injury,failure,loss,end stage kidney disease,RIFLE)标准到急性肾损伤网络(acute kidney injury network,AKIN)分期,这2种分期标准在进行诊断时各有利弊。文中对AKI的定义、诊断标准等问题作一简述。
