液相色谱-串联质谱法测定葡萄酒中69种农药多残留

摘要
建立了液相色谱三重串联四级杆质谱(LC-MS/MS)法同时测定葡萄酒中69种农药多残留的分析方法。样品采用1%乙酸乙腈提取,应用固相萃取柱净化,经C18柱分离后,在电喷雾(ESI)正离子化模式下,通过多反应监测(MRM)方式测定。方法在1.0-0.001 g/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99;检出限为0.001 g/mL-0.01 g/mL;添加水平为0.5 g/mL时的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为65.91%-121.25%和0.41%-24.97%;添加水平为0.05 g/mL时的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为66.20%-121.06%和0.93%-26.17%,其中绝大部分农药化合物的回收率为70%-120%,相对标准偏差小于15%。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,适用于葡萄酒中农药多残留的检测分析。
