摘要：

1,25二羟维生素D3[1,25(OH)2D3]是维生素D的活性形式,其不仅参与调节机体钙磷代谢,还对心血管系统、免疫系统、泌尿系统、神经系统等多系统的活动具有调节作用。研究显示维生素D的减少与多种老年性疾病密切相关,维生素D在控制和改善与衰老相关的疾病方面起到了积极的作用。其机制可能与1,25(OH)2D3可通过调控与细胞衰老和凋亡的相关基因、降低氧化应激、抑制肾素-血管紧张素系统以及减少端粒耗损等有关。
