基于生物传感器的在线生化需氧量测量仪研究

摘要
为弥补经典的五日稀释接种法(BOD5)耗时较长,不能及时反映水质污染状况的不足,设计了基于微生物传感器的生化需氧量(BOD)在线测量仪器。BOD生物传感器是溶解氧传感器和微生物膜的结合,利用微生物膜传感器测定BOD是一种快速有效测定水中可生化降解有机物的方法。论述了BOD生物传感器的工作原理,给出了在线BOD测量仪器的整体结构,设计了连续进样系统和信号处理电路,阐述了自动标定、温度控制、数据处理和有机物浓度计算的方法。设计的在线BOD测量仪器对标准值的相对误差在±5%以内,与经典的稀释接种法比较有较好的相关性,能够用于废水中可生化降解的有机物的快速测定和评价。
