聚硅氧烷凝胶网络电解质准固态TiO纳晶太阳电池

摘要
用聚环氧乙皖(PEO)内增塑链及季铵盐侧链并存的新型聚硅氧烷凝胶网络聚合物电解质制备了准固态染料敏化TiO2纳晶多孔薄膜太阳电池.在入射光强为60mW/cm2的条件下,电池具有较好的光电转换性能,短路光电流(Isc)及开路光电压(Voc)分别达到5.0 mA/cm2及0.68 V,光电转换效率(η)和填充因子(ff)兮别为3.4%及0.60.
