摘要：

目的:探讨腰椎椎间融合术中椎弓根钉植入的位置对邻近椎间盘的影响。方法:将51例腰椎椎间融合椎弓根钉内固定患者按螺钉角大小分组。术后行临床与影像学随访,并对32例患者成功进行随访。结果:术后有4名患者放射检查显示邻近椎间盘变窄,以螺钉角大者明显。结论:椎弓根螺钉角过大对早期出现邻近间盘退变有影响。早期放射学改变不一定伴随临床症状。
