利用微粒过滤器同时催化去除柴油机微粒和NO

摘要
通过在柴油机微粒过滤器(DPF)上涂覆复合金属氧化物催化剂Cu0.95K0.05Fe2O4,对同时催化去除柴油机排放的NOx和微粒(PM)反应特性及机理进行了研究.在程序升温反应过程中观察到NOx的还原和CO2的形成出现在相同的温度范围内,证实了在柴油机排气氧化气氛中同时去除NOx和PM反应的发生.柴油机微粒中的可溶有机成分(SOF)和固体碳粒(soot)分别在较低的温度和较高的温度下还原NOx,NOx浓度降低了18%左右.在催化剂作用下,PM的燃烧温度下降了150℃以上.微粒在不同气氛中的催化氧化燃烧活性为NO+O2>O2>NO.该方法集PM的捕集、PM的氧化燃烧和NOx的还原等功能于一体,是一种有发展前途的柴油机排放后处理新技术.
