摘要
缺血性脑卒中是由大脑暂时性或永久性血管闭塞所引起的损伤。梗死体积和神经系统功能缺失的严重程度取决于多种因素,如有无侧支循环建立和足够的血压保持灌注,梗死的病因及部位,年龄、性别、遗传背景,是否有并发症,是否经过药物治疗等。因此,脑卒中是一种非常复杂的病变过程,建立脑卒中模型显得十分重要,通过建立模型可以实现对单一影响因素的研究。常用的模型有线栓模型、开颅电凝模型、内皮素-1模型、光化学栓塞模型、凝块栓子模型等。未来,深入研究各脑卒中模型的优缺点,将为脑卒中研究者提供参考。
