摘要：

目的:探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)尤其是早期RA的核磁共振(MRI)表现,为新标准下临床诊断RA提供影像学支持。方法:搜集RA病例77例,观察不同部位的各种异常MRI征象,评价主要MRI征象对于RA的诊断价值。结果:MRI可早期、清晰显示RA滑膜增厚、血管翳、骨髓水肿、骨侵蚀、腱鞘炎、软组织肿胀、关节积液、半月板改变等。结论:MRI可显示RA发病不同时期的病理变化,为RA的早期诊断和病情评估提供影像学依据。
