摘要：

氧化应激是机体活性氧簇和活性氮簇产生过多或清除能力下降,导致潜在性损伤的病理过程。氧化应激在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病发生、发展中发挥重要作用,早期进行抗氧化干预可能有益于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病防治。维生素类抗氧化剂的临床研究结果令人失望,他汀类、普罗布考、AGI-1067等人工合成药物有较强的抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化作用,是目前最有希望的治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的抗氧化药物。
